Pine Creek Transportation Service Established in 2003 We are a non Emergency Medical Transportation Service In West Central Wisconsin (See attachment number 5).

DISCUSION OF UNIQUENESS OF SERVICE

Pine Creek Transportation Service is a very unique service company in that we use special equipment such as medical transport vans referred as Specialized Medical Vehicles (SMV’S). These vehicles must meet strict standards to transport people for Medicaid purposes, as required under trans code 301.05 (See attachment number 4). We use special safety belts, one is

called the Posey “Y” Wheelchair belt- it helps the client sit comfortably in a wheelchair for transport. We use wheelchairs, ramps or lifts in the vans. We will at all times treat our customers like we wish to be treated and work hard to serve our customers needs the best we can. We feel this is not just a business it’s a way of our company and ourselves giving something back to our local community.
