Biohazards to Driver that required clean up. For those who think they can stiff us and that we will drop you off anyway, incorrect. You'll go right back to where you were picked up from and will be blacklisted from further pickups, even within other companies. When you refuse to pay your driver, you literally are taking from our business and is considered theft. ADDITIONALLY, STATE LAW ALLOWS US TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
2. For those who cannot hold their liquor, this company is locally owned and operated, we are coming to you. If you decide to vomit, or leave us any other bodily fluids that result in decontamination of a biohazard, a $75 biohazard fee will be enforced. We'll make sure you spend the night in the drunk tank. Refusal to pay is a misdemeanor crime, or a felony depending on the fare accrued.
3. Misconduct, sexual harassment, and/or assaulting drivers will be subject to prosecution and will NOT be tolerated, drivers reserve the right to defend themselves and eject any problem customers/clients at any time. We also reserve the right to contact law enforcement.
4. Driver and/or security and co-driver/manager does not carry more than $10.00 in change. Most people use cards now instead of cash, however, if you need to make change at a gas station or at a store somewhere for your fare, we can pause the meter while you make change so you won't be charged for it.
5. If you hire us, we will text you upon arrival, at 5 minutes of waiting, if we do not hear from a customer, or see them within 8 minutes, the call will be cancelled. (Even if you say "hold on, I'm coming," we've waited before just to be stiffed out of a $23.00 fare.)
6. Payment must be received before exiting vehicle.
7. I am not your mother; passengers and clientele are expected to keep neat and tidy and clean up after themselves. We do have a trash can in the vehicle that is emptied and sanitized daily.
8. The driver is not responsible for "anything a passenger may have" on their person. We reserve the right to stop the fare and contact law enforcement if necessary.
9. Failure to pay your driver IS A CRIME. if you cannot pay your fair at the time of service, then call somebody else. I'm an owner operator, I own my own vehicle I drive my own vehicle, it takes money out of my pockets and is quite frankly a stab in the back at sometimes.
10. Addictions are hard, but there is to be no use of any drugs in any of our vehicles, and no open containers of alcohol. The passenger (s) assume responsibility of their own substances.
