We are aware of a recent and very unfortunate incident involving two dogs that resulted in the tragic loss of a small dog’s life.
First and foremost, our hearts are with everyone affected. Any loss of a pet is devastating.
We want to clearly state that WHERE TO PET DISPATCH had absolutely no involvement in this incident. We were not present, we did not transport either dog at the time of the event, and we are not connected to the circumstances surrounding what occurred.
The dog being referenced was a past client who has used our transportation services before. As a pet transportation company, we serve many animals across New York City. Providing transportation does not make us responsible for an animal’s actions outside of our care.
The individuals involved have reportedly spoken with the proper authorities. We trust that the matter is being handled appropriately.
We kindly ask that misinformation not be spread using images taken from our page. Sharing our business name or photos in connection with an incident we were not involved in is harmful and inaccurate.
