or full refund due to cancellation please notify us at least 24-48 hours before scheduled pick up. Anytime after that, you will forfeit your deposit. WAIT TIME FEE In the event I arrive at the pickup location and have to wait, after the 15th minute a $5 fee will be accrued. For every 15 minute increment an additional $5 fee will be added. After 1 hour of waiting the ride will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit. *However, in the event you are scheduling a round trip ride with waiting in between drop off locations the $5 per 15 minutes waiting fee will be added accordingly. * HEALTH AND SAFETY Disclaimer: We want to assure you that the vehicle has been cleaned and sanitized for your Health and safety.
