Greetings from 1GLM / TMX / TMX Logitran,

I’m writing today with some exciting news. After months of careful consideration and collaboration, we have officially acquired First Option Inc and First Option Brokerage based in Marion, IN. This strategic step will allow us to broaden our offerings, deepen our customer impact, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
First Option is an exceptional team, and as we integrate, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth transition for everyone. We believe that by joining forces, we’ll be even stronger and more innovative. In the coming weeks, we’ll share more details on how this will unfold and answer any questions you may have. We have a tentative closing date of 6/17/2026.

Thank you for your continued dedication and hard work as this is a big step forward for all of us. We said many years ago we wanted to get to 100 trucks and we accomplished that with the awesome team we have and now we will be knocking at the 200-truck mark because of everyone’s hard work and dedication.
