When using the app, please select a time. Most people are ordering for when they put in the request. The app is still in beta mode, but if you go to our website, it’s more user-friendly. The discount is still in effect.
Major app updates will most likely come next year.

Give us an extra 15 minutes lee way when you call. It could take 30 minutes for arrival locally due to poor internet connection at home and on cell service.
We strive for 10-15 minute arrivals in town.
This is an unusual experience.
I am hoping that this will be fixed before Monday 10/19.

E-mails, texts, voicemails and any other communication has been hitting the work phone 15 minutes after the customer sends a message or leaves a voicemail. The internet service at home is slow.

It is out of our hands but this is temporary. As a rural service we are at the behest of communication service providers.

10/12/2026

Texts aren’t answered past 10pm to 8am. Customers have to leave a voice mail for a ride.

Just reminder that if we are completely unavailable by phone, we are either driving or sleeping hard from driving 12+ hours. Scheduling short rides ahead is important Thursday night through Sunday because of the hours driven. Monday through Thursday morning we are usually available ASAP.

Measures are being taken to get another vehicle, then another driver and back up dispatch but this may not happen until December or January.

As a driver, my foot and leg are still broken from the me walking vs Escalade accident in April, so when I’m out, I’m out. No one wants a tired driver with broken bones 😅
