Three Rivers Transportation of Humphrey’s County TN Proud to call Humphreys County home for over 20 years. I have served this community as a paramedic since the early 2000s.

Through Three Rivers Transportation I provide friendly, reliable rides and deliveries across Middle Tennessee. Operating hours and policies:

Weekdays:
M-F……. 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. All weekend service is subject to availability (excluding pre-scheduled bookings). After-hour service available at after-hours rates, and subject to availability. Due to the increasing gas prices and repeated cancellations, I

regret the necessity of instituting a $5.00 or 20% cancellation fee (whichever is higher) if I arrive at your location before you cancel. Out-of-County pick up and long-distance trip policy:

-Out-of-County pick-ups, or Long distance trips, are subject to a 20% deposit.

-Long-Distance trips require advance scheduling, planning, expense, and result in loss of availability to others in the community. Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours to receive a refund of deposit.

Thank you, Humphreys County, for allowing me to serve you. It has been a pleasure and an honor to help so many people in their time of need. Whether you are having car problems, transportation SNAFUs, or even the occasional tragic incident; know that I’m here for you.

And, know that your support of a small (and I do mean small, LOL, it’s just me) business, in turn supports a family with two teenagers and several grandchildren.

Remember! Every time you are in my vehicle, you are my only client until you are done with me and the ride/service has concluded. If a ride/service before you encounters unexpected circumstances that make me late for you, please know that I will give you the same dedicated service I gave to the client before you.

Please be patient, as I am the only one. I do not have any other employees, as at this time, it’s just not cost-efficient to hire anybody. When that time comes; if that time comes, I will eagerly expand.

However, if you were unable for whatever reason to understand and be patient when unexpected and unavoidable circumstances arise, that might throw off my punctuality due to caring for a prior client, please remain respectful.

Aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards my wife or me will not be tolerated. I will always be respectful to you, and all I ask, is that you be so to us.

Together, we can get you where you need to go or get your delivery to you with as few headaches as possible. Our goal is to always achieve 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with my services, please let me know how I may improve. I will do everything that I can; within reason, to accommodate you. However, sometimes, circumstances may hinder my efforts to satisfy your needs. But as always, I will give you 100%.

We are having some problems with our phones. VZW has assured that everything is fine and things should be back to normal ASAP. At this time, we are unable to call out. At times, we’re unable to receive either.

Please be patient while we (and by “we”, I mean VZW) work this out.

Good morning everyone. I know that there are a lot of people who are either uncomfortable getting out or live on back roads and can’t get out.

While I do not have a four-wheel-drive, I am more experienced driving in these conditions as a Yankee transplant.

That said, if you need me, let me know. According to different news sources, it seems to be a possibility, if not a probability, that we may get some more of this before everything clears up.

So if you’re running low on supplies, give me a call and let me help you out.

I drive a late model F150 super crew truck with a bed cover. I can take you to get gas for your generators, groceries for your pantry, and most any need you may have. However, if you live far enough out, you may have to meet me partway.

Lots of salt residue on the roads. Don’t forget to to wash your vehicle, 1st chance you get. Most I’ll importantly, the under carriage. Don’t wait until all of this is over. Even if your body panels are aluminum, your frame is steel.

Verizon is having an issue with services right now. There are widespread outages. If you’re unable to teach us via phone, that is the reason.

You may reach us during this time by calling us via Facebook audio through the messenger app. This is the only exception that we have for taking calls via Facebook as it is not our normal way of doing business.

Our preference is that you always call our direct number, located on our business cards of which also has a copy pinned at the top of the page.
