Transportation is a fundamental part of our daily lives, allowing us to move from home to work to shopping, recreation, and so on. For most of us, this daily travel is not restricted to just one city or even one county. Our roads, highways and bus routes, and our individual transportation needs extend beyond the city limits. Problems are best solved through regional cooperation.
