Greetings family and friends.❤️ I hope this post finds you all in good health and spirits.🙏
I have been busy studying for the Florida Real Estate Exam and this past Friday I passed it. I was informed I was one of the 50% that pass on the first attempt. I surprised myself.😊
A wise friend once told me, “When things are bad, it’s the best time to reinvent yourself. The story you’ve created for yourself is not the story you have to keep living.” Amén to that.
Broker, Alan Lycan, owner of Real Expo Real Estate out of Stuart, is opening an office in West Palm Beach. This will be my new home away from home.
So here I go, a new adventure. Excited!

OMG.. I am still reeling from last weekends Super Bowl LlV. It certainly lived up to all the hype. Unbelievable NRG!
As it turns out, the client I chauffeured down to the game is the grandson of one of the coaches on the 1969 Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl Champions! He inherited the ring! Fifty (50) years later “CHAMPIONS” again! Your grandfather, I’m sure, is still celebrating. It was such a great night. James thank you for the memories and for choosing MEGA LimoZ!
