Volunteer Medical Transport Program operated by: Paratransit Services Door to door transportation for medical based services for qualified individuals. Transit Service Card applications may also be requested by mail.

Applications for Transit Service Card are available at the Paratransit Services office and the Glenn County Planning & Public Works office.
