We're proud to share that SWTO has been named the GRAND Award Winner in the 2025 NTTC Personnel Safety Contest. Our second safety award in just two months!

This recognition is awarded to those that achieve the lowest workplace injury rate per hours worked within their mileage category, making it a meaningful reflection of the culture our team aims to build every day.

While awards are appreciated, what matters most is what they represent: drivers, technicians, operations teams, safety professionals, and support staff who show up each day committed to looking out for one another and doing the job the right way.

A safety-driven culture isn't built through a single program or initiative. It's built through thousands of decisions, conversations, observations, and actions that take place across our fleets every day.
