PRIVACY POLICY
When you pre arrange your Airport transfer you will also need to inform us all the necessary details, such as the passenger's name, contact numbers, date, time, flight details. Please allow 4 hours for confirmation of your booking.

1. Payment must be done to the driver at the end of the journey. Pay with cash USD or VND only !

2. After we receive your booking you will be sent a confirmation message or email. The confirmation email is your reservation.

3. Customers are entitled to cancel the reservation by email or phone. We ask our customers to send the cancelation as soon as possible so we can have the car available for other customers.

4. Customers are limited to two items of luggage including a golf bag. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. The driver will not be able to accept more passengers or luggage than possible, due to safety measures.

5. We charge an additional $2 for airport pickup service from 22h00 until midnight, $3 after midnight. Smoking is not allowed in our Transfer vehicles.

6. Should you tip the driver? It is up to you whether you want to tip the driver or not. If you are happy with the service he gave you, it is customary to tip between 5-10%; however, there is no obligation.

For airport pick-up service, Haiphong Airport Taxi drivers will await the passengers with a name board at the airport.

Our drivers will meet your flight with a name sign and the driver will provide assistance with your baggage and boarding of the vehicle, making your transfer hassle- free. We meet you upon your arrival at the Airport and bring you to your destination in style.

The drivers always work very hard to make your ride as professional and comfortable as possible. If your expectations were surpassed, gratuity is always appreciated and 5%-10% of the invoice is customary, however, there is no obligation.

Please note that the driver will not be able to accept more passengers or luggage than possible, due to safety measures.
