Great leadership doesn't happen by accident. It's built.

Our leadership team recently spent three days with Brad Shannon - not in boardrooms, not on laptops - but doing the real work. Getting aligned. Building deeper professional connections. Asking the harder questions about how they lead, and how they lead together.

At Loop, we believe the strength of a team starts at the top. When our leaders are connected, clear, and pulling in the same direction, that flows through to every single person in the business.

This workshop wasn't a tick-box exercise. It was an investment in our people, in our culture, and in the future we're building together.

Aligned leadership. Stronger teams. Better outcomes.

That's the Loop way. 🚀

Out of Office! 🌍

This week the Loop team has been in Cape Town attending Converge Africa and what a week it's been! Seeing and connecting with our customers, meeting new faces in the industry, making new connections and learning, learning, learning!

We've loved every moment of listening, understanding and soaking up everything this incredible industry has to offer.

Oh, and did we mention? We had not one but TWO Loopers speaking on panels alongside some of the most brilliant minds in the industry — and wow, they absolutely blew us away! 👏

What an incredible week spent with our team, our customers and some truly insightful people. We had a blast and we're already looking forward to the next one.

We've all grown up a little, emphasis on a little.

It's a very special day in the Loop universe — it's our founder & CEO Kimberley Taylor's birthday! 🎂✨

She's the kind of boss who leads with her whole heart, moves with purpose, and somehow manages to be as fun as she is inspirational — all while raising two incredible little ones. Today, we hope she gets to soak up every single moment with her little legends and eat way too much cake (she deserves it).

Kim, you've built something truly extraordinary. Not just a business — but a community, a culture, and a team that genuinely cares. The laughs, the late nights, the wins and the lessons — all of it shaped by your vision, your energy, and your unwavering belief in the people around you.

Here's to many more years of laughter, growth, and shaping the most amazing community around Loop. We are so lucky to have you leading the charge. đź’›

The best delivery tech in the world won't save you if your team won't use it.
That's not a tech problem. That's a people problem.

At Loop, we've seen it time and again: a new platform lands, drivers and ops teams quietly revert to what they know, and the business is left wondering why nothing changed.
The fix? It's not more features.
It's the right onboarding, a clear internal champion, and a change management process that actually makes people feel supported — not replaced.

We wrote about what that really looks like in practice: from collaborative onboarding to measuring adoption, to keeping morale high when tech shakes up the routine.

Because technology is only half the equation. 👇

🌍 Today is Human Rights Day.

And while this day often makes us look outward — at the world, at systems, at policy — we think it's also worth looking inward.

At Loop, we believe that a truly human workplace isn't a perk — it's a right. It means being heard, not just managed. Being trusted to grow, not just perform. Being allowed to be a full person, not just a job title.

But rights only exist if they're actually practised.
Not declared. Not posted on a wall. Practised — in the small moments, the hard conversations, the daily choices we make as teammates and humans.

Human Rights Day is a reminder that the values we fight for in the world should show up in every room we walk into — including the ones we work in.

Culture isn't something a company has. It's something every person on a team does, or doesn't, every single day.

So today, we're not just reflecting on what we stand for. We're asking ourselves where we can do better. Not as a company statement, but as individuals.
Because the most powerful part of today isn't the date. It's what it asks of us for the other 364.

To every human on the Loop team: you are seen, you are valued, and you make this place what it is. 🧡

With Human Rights Day approaching, we’re reflecting on something that sits at the heart of everything we do at Loop: our people.

The humans behind the work.
The environment we create for them.
The culture we choose to build—every single day.

“Great culture” is something many companies talk about.
But what does it actually mean in practice?

Is it something that shows up consistently—365 days a year?
Or only when it’s convenient to talk about?

The reality is this:
Most of us spend around 9 hours a day at work, 5 days a week. That’s over 2,300 hours a year—a significant portion of our lives.
So the question becomes—how are we experiencing that time?

At Loop, culture isn’t a slogan. It’s a responsibility.
It’s about creating an environment where people feel:
• Supported by their leaders and teammates
• Safe to make mistakes—and learn from them
• Empowered to have a voice that is heard and valued
• Trusted to set boundaries and say no when needed
• Encouraged to grow, learn, and make an impact

It’s about balance—not burnout.
It’s about enjoying the work and the people you do it with.
It’s about finishing each day feeling fulfilled, not depleted.

A healthy work culture shouldn’t be a luxury.
It should be the baseline.

Because when people feel valued, respected, and supported—they don’t just work better. They thrive.
And when people thrive, so do businesses.

What does a great workplace culture mean to you?

It’s been a busy (and exciting) few months for the team at Loop 🙌

Over the past couple of months, we’ve been working closely with our partners at Takealot Fulfilment Services (TFS) on a joint pitch — and this week we had the chance to present together.

There’s something special about working with partners who share the same mindset. Teams that value strong work ethic, collaboration, and a clear vision for what great logistics can look like.

Great things rarely happen in isolation — they’re built through teamwork, trust, and a shared commitment to doing things well.

A big thank you to the TFS team for the collaboration. We’re excited about what we’re building together 🚀
