All our refuse goes to composting facilities. This is one of our partners, a wine farm that makes mulch with it. Within a day of it being delivered, it is already going into a new vineyard block.
This leads to less water usage, less fertilizers and better yields.
Biodynamic farming like this makes us happy.

We are aware of scammers doing the rounds in Somerset West, claiming "to help Viljoens clearing the green garden refuse bins and can you please open your gate?" Viljoens are currently closed for 2 weeks and only re-opens on 4 January 2021. Please do not open your gates for anybody claiming to be from Viljoens until 4 January 2021. Keep safe . Viljoens
