Rent to own this 2016 Volkswagen Polo Vivo 1.4 The instalment is R5500 per month and the deposit is R13000. The instalment term is 48 months. To qualify, you must be in full-time employment with a minimum salary of R17000. Required documents include a driver's license, ID, proof of residence in your name, 3 months' pay slips and 3 months' bank statements. Insurance is risk-dependent and not included in the instalment. The first two services and Cartrack are covered. We can assist you with rent to own, regardless of whether you are blacklisted or on debt review. Please note that we do not check credit scores.

What is Rent to Own?

Rent to own is an opportunity for ITC / Blacklisted, low credit scoring clients & first time buyers to get into the driving seat. 100% approval rate!

How does Rent to Own work?

The vehicle is rented from Phokus Car Rentals for a period of 48 months. The client has the option to Settle the vehicle at any stage.

A risk deposit starting from R10 000 will have to be paid in order to rent the vehicle. Risk Deposit amount is dependent on Client’s Risk Profile & affordability of the applicant.(Trade-ins are also welcome as a deposit.)

How does the application work?
The client’s income & expenses are analyzed & affordability determined.

We require the most recent:
· 3 x month’s latest pay slips

· 3 x bank statements

· Proof of address

· Copy of ID

· Copy of driver’s license

· Fully completed application form

Self Employed clients can also apply, we require then the following:

· 6 x bank statements

· CK Documents

· Proof of business address

· IDs of all directors

· Driver’s license

· Fully completed application form

Applicant must have an income of at least R12 000 to apply.



The monthly rental payment includes Tracking Device
Insurance is not included

The company is based in 15 Hans Strydom Avenue, Klipfontein, Witbank & the vehicle will have to be collected at same.
