We are looking for a reliable, skilled Permanent Casual to join our team for ongoing maintenance and waterproofing projects.

📋 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ✅

Age: 30 – 40 years old

Nationality: Must be a South African citizen (Valid SA ID)

Location & Transport: Must reside in the Helderberg area and be able to reach our Strand pick-up point daily

Experience: Proven, hands-on track record in painting, roofing, & tracing leaks (including 4mm torch-on)

Languages: Must communicate clearly in English and understand Afrikaans

Communication: Must own an active, working cellphone

Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00) + Saturdays when required

Standards: Sober habits,punctual, honest, accountable, and strong attention to detail and own bank account in your name.

Safety: Comfortable working at heights and strict about wearing safety gear/PPE

Workstyle: Able to follow company policies, work independently, or pull together with a team
