Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Chips 🍠✨

These easy sweet potato chips come out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — the perfect healthy snack or side dish!

Ingredients:
• 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into chips
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
• 1 tbsp paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¾ tsp salt

Method:
Soak the chips in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry. Toss with olive oil, then add the cornstarch and seasonings. Mix well until all the chips are evenly coated.

Place the chips in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes for even cooking. For extra crispiness, cook an additional 2 minutes at 200°C.

Perfectly crispy, flavourful, and so easy to make! 🤤
