SANTACO ELECTS NEW BOARD — CONTROVERSIAL MPUMALANGA BUSINESSMAN SECURES DEPUTY ROLE
South Africa's national taxi industry has a new leadership structure after the South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO) held its elections.
Motlhabane Abnar Tsebe from Gauteng has been re-elected as SANTACO President for the 2026–2030 term.
Mpumalanga businessman Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni, a figure described as controversial, was elected as 2nd Deputy President — a result likely to draw attention given his public profile.
