JOB TITLE : BMW AND MERCEDES SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced BMW and Mercedes Specialist to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with BMW and Mercedes vehicles, providing exceptional service and repair.

RESPONSIBILIES AND DUTIES

-Perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on BMW and Mercedes vehicles.
-Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance service.
-Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
-Maintain up to date knowledge of automotive industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
-Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within a specific timeframe.
-Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about their vehicles and services performed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology or related field.
-Minimum of 2 Years of experience working with Mercedes and BMW Vehicles.
-Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
-Attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
