Please note that, with immediate effect, our closing time will be 22:00 from Sundays to Thursdays.

This is a temporary measure to help us manage our current staffing levels and ensure we continue to provide the best possible service to our customers and support to our drivers.

We fully appreciate everyone’s continued support and understanding, and we look forward to returning to our normal operating hours as soon as staffing levels allow.

Regretfully due to staffing issues this week, our closing times are varied.

Monday 22nd- Closing 1800
Tuesday 23rd- Closing 2200
Wednesday 24th- Closing 2200
Thursday 25th- Closing 2200
Friday, Saturday and Sunday- normal hours resume.

While card payments are becoming more the norm for the general public, we would request that our customers carry “just in case” cash to ensure they can make payment in the event that the tech fails due to network issues etc.
Paying the next time is not an option, would you expect this at Tesco? These payments generally get lost/forgotten.
We do not have time to wait while customers go into houses to retrieve payment and I’m sure customers don’t want taken to the bank and back with the meter running. Our office does not have time to process payments over the phone whenever a customer can’t keep £10/£20 in the back of their phone case.
