Cadence Premier Logistics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our Lease-to-Own and Rentals division. This role focuses on accounts receivable, collections, and financial tracking for driver-related contracts.

๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage accounts receivable and collections for all lease-to-own and rental customers
โ€ข Monitor aging reports, follow up on past-due accounts, and enforce payment terms
โ€ข Reconcile accounts, apply payments, and resolve discrepancies
โ€ข Track weekly settlements, down payments, and contract balances
โ€ข Analyze delinquency trends and support cash flow management
โ€ข Communicate with drivers/customers to resolve outstanding balances in a professional manner

๐Ÿ“Œ Requirements:
โ€ข Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting, data analysis)
โ€ข Fluent in Russian and English (required)
โ€ข Experience in trucking, lease-to-own, or equipment rental is a plus

โ€ข Ability to handle a high-volume workload and meet deadlines
