Cadence Premier Logistics has increased pay for OTR CDL-A drivers!

๐Ÿš› SOLO DRIVERS:
โ€ข Dry Van / Re**er: $0.70 CPM or 30% of gross
โ€ข Flatbed / Step Deck / RGN: $0.80 CPM or 30% of gross

๐Ÿš› TEAM DRIVERS:
โ€ข $2,000 weekly guarantee per driver for up to 5,500 team miles
โ€ข Extra miles over 5,500 paid at $0.85 per mile

Cadence Premier Logistics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our Lease-to-Own and Rentals division. This role focuses on accounts receivable, collections, and financial tracking for driver-related contracts.

๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage accounts receivable and collections for all lease-to-own and rental customers
โ€ข Monitor aging reports, follow up on past-due accounts, and enforce payment terms
โ€ข Reconcile accounts, apply payments, and resolve discrepancies
โ€ข Track weekly settlements, down payments, and contract balances
โ€ข Analyze delinquency trends and support cash flow management
โ€ข Communicate with drivers/customers to resolve outstanding balances in a professional manner

โ€ข Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting, data analysis)
โ€ข Fluent in Russian and English (required)
