We’re Hiring! Join Our Team at AGM Transport Inc.

AGM Transport Inc. is seeking an Experienced Dispatcher to help us efficiently plan and dispatch loads for our fleet of OTR drivers across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Plan & execute efficient load schedules for OTR drivers
• Work with customer service to coordinate freight deliveries
• Address load issues & driver constraints
• Build relationships with drivers
• Use fleet management software to optimize operations
• Guide and mentor junior planners & dispatchers

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dispatching experience (dry-van preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OTR freight & driver management
• Proficient with dispatch software
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of DOT regulations & compliance

Recently, we sent two exceptional members of our team, CAROLINA Taracila, Director of Safety and Charles Kent, Fleet Maintenance Manager and
Road Test Conducting Expert, for an intensive week-long Smith System Driver Improvement Institute, Inc. training!

The Smith System driver improvement institute training is a comprehensive course that focuses on defensive driving
techniques for our drivers. It provides a perfect blend of classroom instruction (30%) and practical behind-the-wheel practice (70%).
