All of our drivers undergo a thorough background check and our state of the art Computerized Dispatch includes a Global Positioning System that lets us know exactly where our vehicles are at all times for added efficiencies and safety. We can retrace the entire trip of every one of our vehicles from point of call! Plus, with special services like our “Designated Driver” program, we show how much we really care about keeping everyone safe on the road. We are fully confident that your ride will be an enjoyable and safe experience. Our drivers receive extensive training through Black & White Transportation’s own training program. Each driver is trained in diversity and sensitivity issues, and skilled in defensive driving techniques. All Black & White drivers are also certified in D.R.I.V.E., a State of Ohio accredited course in transporting those with special needs. Our newest intiative, Transportation on Patrol (TOP) is a collaboration with the Toledo Police Department. Our drivers are trained to spot road hazards, crimes in progress and dangerous drivers in order to assist local law enforcement in keeping Toledo's streets safe.
