🚌 Route 8 → Frankfort Ave. & Hillcrest Ave. (Regular Fare)

🚫 Hillcrest Ave. will be closed to vehicles on Halloween night, so TARC is the easiest (and safest) way to get there.

🎟️ Hillcrest Admission: Free all month! On Halloween night, entry will be ticketed (still free) and managed by Louisville Metro Police at both ends of Hillcrest.
