Phase II Transportation is hiring in Vancouver, WA!

Earn $27/hour + overtime after 40 hours, haul no-touch freight, and be home MOST nights.

We’re a locally owned company serving the Northwest since 1997, looking for a dependable driver who wants a long-term position with late-model equipment and strong benefits.

💵 $27/hour + OT after 40 hours
🏠 Home MOST nights
📅 Mainly Monday–Friday
🚛 No-touch container and dry van freight
📍 Primarily Washington and Oregon
🛏️ Paid per diem for required overnights
🩺 Employer-paid employee medical, dental & vision
🌴 PTO and paid holidays after 90 days, plus paid sick leave
💰 401(k) with 4% company match after one year
✅ Employer-paid $20,000 life insurance
🏦 Biweekly pay with direct deposit

Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience required. Some overnights and occasional weekend work are part of the position.
