Traffic signal timing is being adjusted along Route 1 in the Ladysmith area of Caroline along detour route. Side street traffic will be delayed at signals due to heavy Rt. 1 traffic.

I-95 NORTHBOUND FINAL UPDATE (7:53 a.m.): All northbound Interstate 95 lanes have reopened at mile marker 146 in Stafford County following an earlier multi-vehicle crash.

This was a separate incident from a crash on I-95 southbound at mile marker 146, which has closed all southbound lanes, with I-95 southbound traffic continuing to detour at exit 148 (Quantico).
